Relationship of Knowledge with Implementation Personal Hygiene at Food Traders in Pasir Gombong Bekasi Regency

Food handlers such as food traders have an important role in processing because they can transmit disease through food. vendors provide personal hygiene using mouth coverings, aprons, desserts and coverings preparing trigger events diarrhea, poisoning, etc. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship with implementation hygiene, use tongs head procesing. type research used is observational analytic a cross sectional approach. population were Pasir Gombong area total sample 64 people selected based on lemeshow formula simple random sampling technique. Data analysis chi-square. results indicate that there significant between knowledge (p-value 0.005) aprons 0.032) no their p-value 0.111.
